Technologie informatyczne a innowacje w sektorze usług: ujęcie koncepcyjne i doświadczenia europejskich przedsiębiorstw

Abstrakt
Celem artykułu jest identyfikacja mechanizmów, za pomocą których technologie informatyczne (IT) wpływają na innowacje w sektorze usług oraz opracowanie ram koncepcyjnych wyjaśniających ten proces. Na podstawie systematycznego przeglądu literatury zaproponowano model koncepcyjny zarządzania innowacjami w usługach opartych na IT, na który składają się trzy komponenty dotyczące tworzenia, dostarczania i przechwytywania wartości. Ilustracją dla rozważań teoretyczno-koncepcyjnych są przykłady innowacji usługowych powiązanych z wdrażaniem technologii IT w Europie (m.in. innowacje w transporcie, usługach opieki zdrowotnej i Fintech). Doświadczenia firm europejskich dowodzą, iż motorem tworzenia, dostarczania i przechwytywania wartości poprzez innowacyjne rozwiązania w usługach jest współpraca ze wszystkim interesariuszami, w tym zaangażowanie klientów do współtworzenia nowych rozwiązań.
